Return Policy
Important Notice Regarding Returns
Returns are accepted strictly in the event of a wrong or defective product delivery. We kindly encourage you to review product details carefully prior to placing your order, as we are unable to accept returns for any other reasons.
Inspection & Return Conditions
- Direct Delivery Inspection: Please inspect your parcel in the presence of the delivery representative. If any defect or error is identified, return the item directly to the courier. Claims made after the delivery personnel has left cannot be accepted based solely on verbal statements.
- Mandatory Unboxing Video: If you are unable to inspect the parcel upon delivery, you must record a continuous, unedited unboxing video starting from the sealed courier package.
- Policy Enforcement: Any claim regarding missing items, damages, or defects without a complete unedited unboxing video will not be processed under any circumstances.

Section 02
Shipping & Delivery Policy
- Delivery Timelines: Orders inside Dhaka are typically delivered within 2–3 working days. Deliveries outside Dhaka take approximately 3–5 working days.
- Standard Shipping Charges: Inside Dhaka: ৳80 | Outside Dhaka: ৳150.
- Order Tracking: Once dispatched, a unique courier tracking ID and link will be provided via SMS so you can track your parcel in real-time.
- External Delays: While we strive for prompt deliveries, unexpected delays due to extreme weather, national holidays, or courier logjam are beyond our immediate control.

Privacy Policy
- Data Collection: We collect essential personal information (such as name, phone number, shipping address, and email) solely for fulfilling and managing your orders.
- Information Security: Your personal details are strictly confidential. Tehuli does not sell, trade, or share customer data with third parties.
- Secure Payment Handling: Financial details processed through online payment gateways or banking services are fully encrypted and never stored on our servers.

Terms & Conditions
- Product Availability & Pricing: Prices and stock levels are subject to change without prior notice.
- Visual Representation: All products are photographed under natural studio light. Minor color variations (5–10%) may occur due to individual screen calibrations and display settings.
- Right to Cancel: Tehuli reserves the right to cancel any order in cases of invalid contact details, out-of-stock items, or system inaccuracies.
